Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Management:
Oversee daily supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Manage inventory levels ensuring optimal stock availability and minimizing excess.
Meet all strategic inventory goals set by Supply Chain Leadership team.
Place and track purchase orders (POs) ensuring timely and costeffective procurement.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors negotiating contracts and pricing.
Monitor product ETAs proactively addressing delays and disruptions.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize supply chain workflows and improve processes.
Develop and pursue continuous improvement in SC department.
Pursue all cost savings processes and opportunities.
New Product Development (NPD):
Lead and manage the development of new products from concept to launch in conjunction with the marketing team.
Conduct market research to identify product opportunities and emerging trends.
Develop shortterm product strategies and longterm innovation roadmaps.
Work crossfunctionally with marketing sales supply chain and leadership teams to bring new products to market.
Evaluate product performance and create improvements based on customer feedback and market demand.
Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends competitors and new technologies.
Present to cross departmental teams and receive and act on feedback.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Product Development or a related field.
5 years of experience in product management supply chain management or a similar role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and coordinate multiple teams.
Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Ability to balance shortterm operational efficiency with longterm strategic planning.
Experience with inventory management systems and supply chain software is a plus.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
