Job Description

Position Title: Administrative Support

Position Type: Regular FullTime

Position Location: Middleton

Grade:Scale NO GRADE

Requisition ID:35315

This is a fulltime permanent position accompanied by full benefits and paid vacation. McCain is committed to worklife balance offering health and wellness days and paid volunteer days every year.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Taking orders from growers & communicate with production to deliver the orders timely & accurately.
Inventory Management
Completing Sales Orders
Maintaining and balancing daily reports.
Assist with Weekly & Monthly reporting.
Weighing trucks
Data Entry
Accounts Payable
Provide support to Health & Safety as well as other industry audits.
Other duties and tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

Good customer service and organizational skills
Minimum of one year experience in office administration
Thorough and detail oriented
Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency
Tact and diplomacy ensure professionalism when dealing with customers and coworkers.
Experienced with Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook.
A willingness to work flexible hours is a requirement with extended hours and weekends during spring and fall.
Work experience or a background in Agriculture is considered an asset.

Wage range is: $2023/hr
