Job Description

HR Assist Officer

Position Number: Multiple
Location: Parkville

Salary:UoM 5 $83159 $95518 p.a. plus 17 super

  • Deliver endtoend HR transactional support managing employee lifecycle processes and ensuring system accuracy.
  • Play a key role in the 2025 Workday implementation driving process improvements and enhancing HR service delivery.

Driven and adaptable the HR Assist Officer will execute critical transactional HR services powering employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding. This role demands rapid mastery of evolving HR systems including ServiceNow UKG and the transformative Workday implementation in 2025. Expect dynamic responsibilities from crafting employment offers to delivering expert HR guidance with a sharp focus on exceptional customer service and driving continuous process improvements.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Execute precise HR transactions in Workday manage employee lifecycle processes and ensure data integrity.
  • Generating and coordinating employment offers and contract variations delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Contributing to a highperforming team by sharing knowledge supporting colleagues and adapting to fluctuating workloads.
  • Driving continuous improvement by assisting with system updates process enhancements and training initiatives.

You may also have:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification and/or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education and training.
  • Experience working with systems such as Workday and ServiceNow.
  • Experience in preparing letters of offer variations employment documentation.
  • Experience working with and at times providing advice on HR policies and processes.
