Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Data Strategy & Leadership
1. Define and execute a forward-looking enterprise data strategy aligned with Acrisuresgrowth and digital transformation goals.
2. Serve as the principal advocate for data-driven decision-making across all businessfunctions and regions.
3. Chair cross-functional councils that link data investments to product client and revenueoutcomes.
Data Architecture & Infrastructure
1. Design and modernize a cloud-native Lakehouse ecosystem (e.g. Databricks) with real-time pipelines canonical data models and self-service APIs.
2. Evaluate and deploy best-in-class tooling for ingestion orchestration storage andvisualization in partnership with Infrastructure & Security teams.
3. Ensure platforms are scalable reliable and cost-optimized.
Analytics Insights & Innovation
1. Lead enterprise AI/ML advanced analytics and BI programsprioritizing high-valueuse cases and accelerating time-to-insight.
2. Incubate new data products APIs and GenAI services that generate net-new revenue oroperational efficiencies.
3. Partner with Marketing Finance Operations and Product to embed actionable insightsinto day-to-day workflows.
(Secondary) Data Governance Compliance & Security Oversight
1. Provide strategic direction and executive sponsorship for data governance privacy andsecurity initiatives driven by dedicated governance and cybersecurity leaders.
2. Align enterprise data policies with external regulations (GDPR CCPA SOX NYDFS)through quarterly steering committee reviews.
Team Development & Leadership
1. Build and mentor a high-performing global team of data engineers architects scientistsanalysts and governance specialists.
2. Define clear career paths training programs and communities of practice to cultivatedata talent.
3. Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure data initiatives are tightly integrated withbusiness objectives.

Qualifications
1. Bachelors degree in Data Science Computer Science Information Systems StatisticsBusiness Administration or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
1. MBA or Masters in Data/Computer Science Engineering or Business.
Required Experience
1. 15 years of executive-level data leadership in global matrixed organizations.
2. Proven success in presenting and influencing Boards of Directors.
3. Expertise in delivering enterprise data strategies cloud-native platforms
(AWS/Azure/GCP) and AI/ML programs.
4. Familiarity with regulatory standards (GDPR CCPA SOX NYDFS) and leading
governance frameworks.
5. Demonstrated ability to drive culture change and data literacy initiatives enterprise-wide.
6. Outstanding leadership communication and change-management skills.
Preferred Experience & Certifications
1. Certifications include CDMP (DAMA) DCAM TOGAF and Open CDS.
2. Experience scaling GenAI responsibly and embedding AI ethics into governance.
3. Additional credentials: CIPP/E Certified Data Management Professional or
equivalent.
