Amazon Connect is an easytouse cloud contact center service that helps companies of any size deliver superior customer engagement at lower cost. Amazon Connects Identity Configuration and Resiliency team empowers customers to configure highly reliable and compliant global contact center solutions. The team provides capabilities for configuring and managing user access permissions and contact center resources through Amazon Connects website and public APIs and enables customers to operate highly resilient contact center workloads requiring the highest levels of availability through geographically redundant systems. As a Senior Product Manager Technical on the Amazon Connect identity configuration and resilience team you will drive the vision product strategy requirements and definition of key aspects of the product portfolio with a focus on launching features that simplify how Connect customers configure and govern highly resilient contact centers.
Key job responsibilities
Engage with customers to work backwards from their goals and challenges to define a product vision including future roadmap investment innovation and experimentation
Influence senior leaders across AWS and communicate your product vision strategy goals status and customer impact
Build a roadmap and define features that delight our customers drive adoption and increase utilization of our services
Collaborate with engineering to build new capabilities and source customers for early adoption beta testing and launch partners
Launch and promote new capabilities in collaboration with product marketing
Deliver compelling presentations product demos technical blogs and discussions to drive adoption of communication offerings

5 years of working as a Technical Product Manager experience
3 years of technical (software development network development IT other related) experience
Experience in taking a product from conception & definition phase through engineering design and taking it to market
Experience delivering largescale SaaS PaaS or LaaS products where you are responsible for the full product lifecycle from concept through GTM (go to market)
Experience working within teams delivering software products and features using agile methodologies
Deep knowledge of cloud architecture and distributed systems
Deep knowledge of programmatic best practices (for e.g. APIs CDKs DevOps)
Experience with contact center technologies
Track record of successful product launches in enterprise software
Experience with AI/ML technologies and their practical applications

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $137000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $236800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
