As a Conversion Optimisation Manager you will join the international Marketing team of AUTO1 Group. Our motivated and ambitious marketing professionals form a powerful unit that attracts users and converts them into customers. We operate all acquisition marketing and conversion optimization activities fully inhouse giving you the best environment for a steep learning curve your role as a Conversion Optimisation Manager for wirkaufendeinauto and sister brands.
Drive optimization and growth ideas based on data to provide the best customer experience throughout the conversion path.
Define new features and functionality in A/B tests in close collaboration with Customer Journey Analysts Product Managers and the Design Team.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop and optimize the user journey of the designated area with the help of Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
Take responsibility of projects from ideation to launch guaranteeing an optimal user experience in collaboration with a group of crossfunctional experts.
CRO Expertise:Youve got handson experience in conversion rate optimization ideally within ecommerce or digital products.
DataDriven and Analytical:Numbers are your second language. You can sift through complex data spot opportunities and turn insights into strategies that boost performance. Youre confident with A/B and multivariate testing and know how to build an effective experimentation roadmap.
Strategic Thinker:You focus on impact and ROI balancing quick wins with longerterm improvements. Youre not just testing for the sake of it; youre always tying your work back to the bigger picture.
DetailOriented and Organized:Youre meticulous whether its setting up an experiment QAing a test or documenting results. Youve also got a knack for juggling multiple projects and keeping them all on track.
Collaborative Communicator:You thrive in a team setting working seamlessly with product design development and marketing teams. Youre great at breaking down complex ideas and getting buyin from different stakeholders.
Language Skills:Fluent in English. If you speak another European languagelike German French or Spanishthats a big plus.
