Responsibilities:
Deliver fast and effective technical support that leaves customers delighted.
Guide customers through seamless application installations and troubleshooting.
Turn complex queries into simple solutions using desktop support tools.
Collaborate with the development team for escalations that require deep dives.
Keep customer satisfaction skyhigh!
Requirements:
2 years of experience in a support engineer role or similar.
Proven expertise in MS SQL and Python – your secret weapons!
B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or Computer Science That's a bonus!
Fluent English (spoken and written) to connect with a global audience.
Independant Great! Selflearner with a knack for solving problems.
Analytical mindset and technical skills accompanied by a cando attitude.
Ready to work weekends and shifts for maximum impact.
Retail background You’ve got an edge!
Familiarity with supply chain systems is a gamechanger.
Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms Even better!
