- Updating and maintaining customer account information in client applications
- Working night shifts 6PM IST to 6AM IST) with no rotational or day shifts

- Managing the banks branch requests and maintaining relationships
- Basic knowledge of mutual funds would be advantageous
- Taking action and responding to adhoc requests and escalations promptly
- Timely completion and review of daily work inflow from commercial bankers bank customers and prospects
- Willingness to learn with limited training and complete knowledge of unique client databases/applications designed by the company
- Meeting/exceeding customer SLAs/expectations in terms of quality and TAT
