Job Description

Marketing Strategy Development

  • Lead the creation of marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives.

  • Conduct market research to uncover emerging opportunities and understand customer behaviors and preferences.

  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor movements to maintain market relevance and advantage.

Campaign Management

  • Plan execute and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns including digital print and eventbased initiatives.

  • Establish clear KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams sales product and customer service for cohesive campaign .

Brand Management

  • Uphold consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints and marketing materials.

  • Drive initiatives to increase brand awareness and enhance brand perception in the market.

  • Define and maintain the company s brand voice and positioning.

Content Strategy & Development

  • Oversee content development across digital platforms including websites social media blogs and email marketing.

  • Work closely with writers designers and videographers to produce engaging and impactful content.

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the intended audience.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team fostering professional growth and alignment with goals.

  • Coordinate efforts with internal departments to ensure unified messaging and campaign success.

  • Manage project resources and marketing budgets to maximize efficiency and ROI.

Digital Marketing

  • Design and implement digital marketing strategies covering SEO SEM social media email marketing and PPC.

  • Monitor and analyze key digital performance metrics to refine campaigns for better results.

  • Engage with external partners or agencies for specialized digital services when necessary.

Budget Oversight

  • Administer the marketing budget and allocate spending strategically across campaigns and channels.

  • Ensure initiatives are costeffective and yield strong returns on investment.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze market trends consumer data and competitor activity to uncover insights and inform decisionmaking.

  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign results market movements and brand performance for senior management.

  • Leverage data analytics tools to assess marketing effectiveness and drive strategy optimization.



Requirements

Skills and Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field is required. A Master s degree (e.g. MBA) is preferred for seniorlevel roles.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing with at least 2 3 years in a senior or leadership capacity.

  • Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of core marketing principles digital channels brand management and consumer behavior.

  • Leadership Abilities: Proven track record in leading and motivating teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Analytical Mindset: Skilled in interpreting data identifying actionable insights and refining strategies based on performance metrics.

  • TechSavvy: Proficient with marketing platforms and tools such as Google Analytics HubSpot CRM systems and social media management tools.

  • Creative & SolutionOriented: Strong problemsolving capabilities and the ability to develop innovative marketing approaches.
