Job Summary:
Our client an international education and migration consultancy in Kenya is looking for a Marketing Executive will enhance their brand awareness and presence through onground marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing field campaigns establishing partnerships engaging directly with potential clients and executing outdoor advertising strategies to boost visibility and increase student enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Field marketing & promotions
Plan and execute onground marketing campaigns to attract prospective
students.
Set up information booths at universities malls educational fairs and
community events.
Organize and participate in open days and networking events.
2. Institutional & community engagement
Establish and maintain relationships with schools universities and career
centers to generate leads.
Conduct educational seminars talks and workshops to promote our
services.
Partner with student organizations for wordofmouth marketing.
3. Outdoor advertising & branding
Identify strategic locations for billboards banners and other outdoor
advertisements.
Oversee the production and installation of branded signage and
promotional materials.
Ensure that all outdoor marketing materials comply with brand guidelines.
4. Facetoface student engagement
Approach and interact with potential students and parents to explain
educational programs.
Gather contact details for followups and lead conversion.
Conduct minisurveys and market research to understand students needs
and preferences.
5. Partnerships & sponsorships
Negotiate sponsorship deals and collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
Represent the company at career fairs school visits and community
programs.
6. Reporting & performance tracking
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of outdoor marketing campaigns.
Provide weekly reports on engagement levels leads generated and
campaign feedback.
Suggest improvements based on field observations and customer
interactions.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Brand Awareness & Visibility
Secure promotional events per quarter (career fairs roadshows
etc..
Increase participation in company events.
2. Lead Generation & Conversion
Generate at least 50 qualified leads per month through outdoor
marketing.
Achieve a conversion rate of 70 from outdoor initiatives.
Increase walkins or inquiries by 60 from field marketing efforts.
3. Outdoor Advertising Impact
Secure several outdoor advertising locations (billboards banners
etc. per quarter.
Ensure 100 visibility compliance (no outdated ads wellmaintained
signage).
Improve brand recall among students and parents.
4. Institutional & community engagement
Establish partnerships with at least 3 schools universities and career
centers per quarter.
Conduct at least 3 school visits or career talks per month.
Organize 2 workshops fairs or info sessions per quarter.
5. Customer engagement & feedback
Collect feedback from students/parents per event.
Achieve a satisfaction rate of at least 90 from event attendees.
Resolve inquiries and follow up with potential students per week.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Public Relations or a related field.
4 years of experience in outdoor marketing brand promotions or field
sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students
and parents.
Experience in event coordination public speaking and community
outreach.
Familiarity with local educational institutions and student networks.
Ability to work in a fastpaced and outdoor environment.
