Marketing Specialist
Location: Charlotte NC
Salary: $33 $36 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts

About the Role
A Marketing Specialist is a creative and strategic professional who develops implements and monitors marketing campaigns to promote products services or brands. They analyze market trends identify target audiences and use a mix of digital and traditional marketing techniques to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Responsibilities
Plan develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.
Conduct market research to identify trends competitors and opportunities.
Manage content creation for digital platforms including websites email and social media.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance providing insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with designers copywriters and other team members to ensure brand consistency.
Coordinate events promotions and other marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in marketing or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
