Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daytoday operations of the coffee shop to ensure smooth service.
Lead and motivate a small team of baristas and frontofhouse staff.
Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer queries or complaints.
Monitor stock levels and place orders when necessary.
Ensure cleanliness hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained.
Assist with staff training and scheduling.
Cashup and basic financial reporting duties.
Drive sales by promoting specials loyalty programs and seasonal offerings.
Create a warm welcoming atmosphere that keeps customers coming back.
Requirements:
1 2 years experience in a hospitality or coffee shop management role.
Strong leadership and people skills.
Friendly energetic and customerfocused.
Own reliable transport (essential).
Willingness to work weekends and shifts.
Basic knowledge of coffee and food service is a plus.
