Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detailoriented *SaaS Business Analyst* to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work closely with clients project managers developers and other stakeholders to understand business requirements map processes identify gaps and recommend the most suitable Zohobased solutions. This role requires a strong grasp of SaaS platforms especially Zoho applications as well as the ability to create comprehensive documentation and process flows.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct indepth client discovery sessions to understand existing business processes needs and pain points.
Document current and future state business processes using process maps flowcharts and detailed narratives.
Analyze and recommend the most suitable Zoho applications and configurations to meet business requirements.
Prepare detailed functional specifications user stories use cases and requirement traceability matrices.
Liaise between business stakeholders and the Zoho technical team to ensure accurate translation of business needs into technical solutions.
Facilitate product demonstrations and prototype reviews with clients.
Assist in change management planning user adoption strategies and client onboarding.
Conduct gap analysis root cause analysis and suggest improvements to optimize business processes.
Participate in testing activities including UAT coordination test case preparation and validation.
Stay current with Zoho s product roadmap and new features ensuring optimal solution architecture.
Support the sales and presales team in scoping solution options and creating project proposals when needed.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems Computer Science or related field.
3 years experience as a Business Analyst in a SaaS or digital solutions environment.
Proven experience with *Zoho Applications* (e.g. Zoho CRM Zoho Books Zoho Projects Zoho Creator Zoho Desk Zoho Analytics etc.
Strong understanding of SaaS delivery models and business transformation processes.
Proficiency in *business process mapping tools* (e.g. Lucidchart Visio or Zoho Flow/Blueprint).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong documentation skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a lean and agile team environment.
Desirable Skills
Experience with API integrations and workflow automation within Zoho ecosystem
Familiarity with data migration analytics and reporting tools
Experience working with SMEs or within a consultancy/service provider setting

Application Instructions
Matric and diploma / Degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. EXPERIENCE (PRACTICAL ON-THEJOB EXPERIENCE) 3-5 years experience administering an ERP system. Experience with ERP Systems advantageous Experience in, report writers, SQL, workflow, and UML modelling advantageous. Must have experience managing projects, setting up, deployment of information systems.
