- Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & managing the performance of managers and team members to achieve sales targets
- Using initiative and commercial acumen to drive sales outcomes
- Leading and motivating showroom teams to achieve their sales targets
- Training and developing showroom teams to deliver exceptional service
- Managing rosters to maximise showroom staff coverage
- Identify opportunities to drive customer traffic into showrooms
- Maintaining the highest standards of visual merchandising
Qualifications :
- Have significant multisite retail management experience with strong experience in managing and motivating teams
- Can demonstrate a proven track record in driving a sales team through training coaching and performance management utilising KPIs
- Exceptional skills & experience in managing conflict & resolving complaints
- Have sales experience in similar premium showroom environments
- Are highly organised and have excellent time management
- Can demonstrate high levels of attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of established standards including; customer ordering visual presentation standards and individual team member performance
