Job Description
We are looking for a Financial Services Manager to join our growing Consulting team and lead strategic initiatives across our financial services clients portfolio. This is a key leadership role that combines business development project delivery and team management.
As Financial Services Manager you will be responsible for:
- Driving business development efforts within the financial services sector identifying new opportunities and building longterm client relationships;
- Leading and managing the delivery of consulting projects ensuring highquality outcomes ontime delivery and strong client satisfaction;
- Hiring mentoring and managing a highperforming team fostering a collaborative and growthoriented culture;
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to develop innovative solutions tailored to client challenges;
- Representing the company in client engagements industry events and internal strategic initiatives.
Qualifications :
- 7 years of experience in the financial services industry with a solid understanding of its operational regulatory and strategic landscape;
- At least 3 years of experience in a consulting firm or a similar clientfacing environment;
- Proven ability to lead project teams and deliver complex initiatives for financial services clients;
- Demonstrated success in business developmentfrom opportunity identification to proposal development and deal closing;
- Experience in recruiting and managing talent including performance management and team leadership;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and inspire teams;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English both written and spoken;
- Familiarity with consulting methodologies and frameworks (e.g. Lean Agile Design Thinking);
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or a related field.
