Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the daytoday operations as it pertains to revenue and
collection process including the recording of revenue
Handle escalated student issues
Monitor Student Helpdesk tickets.
Coordinate and chair nonpay committees in coordination with Office Managers at each campus.
Petty Cash reconciliation
Assist with answering phone and emails from students while providing good
customer service
Monitor Bursar Office email and disseminate to correct bursar staff.
Ensure that procedures are documented and current with coordination of the
Director
Work with the director on process improvements to enhance efficiencies
Maintain a training manual for all new employees and ensure that all new
employees are properly trained
Maintains adherence to Financial Management rules and regulations in regards to revenue collection
Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints both independently and with the Director
Works with other departments to develop strategies to streamline the student
service process.

Education and Experience
Minimum Qualifications:
Associates degree in accounting or related field
Two years of related experience
Demonstrated supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in accounting or related field
Experience in Banner AR system
Experience with Workday
5 years of accounting experience in a college setting
Data Analysis Experience
