Job Description
This role is for one of our leading CIB and financial services client. They currently use a thirdparty vendor platform for etrading but they are dissatisfied with it. As a result the team is planning to develop an internal solution building on some of their existing legacy systems. This initiative is expected to span several years starting with a proof of concept (PoC) later this year.
It is a hybrid role 3 days per week at the office) in Krakw Poland. The remote setup is possible for approx. first 6 weeks but relocation to Krakw is expected after that.
Important: after approx. 1 year of successful collaboration there will be an opportunity to become an internal employee of the client.
Qualifications :
- Java developer with at least 3 years of experience.
- Previous experience in Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) is highly desirable.
- Experience with etrading platform development would be ideal.
- Good knowledge of lowlatency multithreaded programming techniques.
- Fluency in English.
