You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Channel/Customer Shopper Lead is coresponsible for the development and implementation of all strategic and operational shopper marketing activities related to our coffee and tea products by the Retailers and channels. He/She is coresponsible for the development and implementation of a retail specific category plan. All customer shopper activities have to lead to a more strategic and external focused (trade) marketing strategy.
Generating and analysing the uptodate market and shopper insights related to the category and related brands by the customer.
Making overall category plans customer specific and ensuring an optimal implementation in cooperation with the trading partners.
Developing translating and promoting a tailor made category vision for specific customer(s). Monitoring the implementation of the strategy and achieving the defined targets.
Implementation of category and shopper projects by accounts this to ensure achievement of defined targets within budget.
Responsible for the communication from the shopper marketing department to the Sales Team and retailers.
Coresponsible for the successful implementation of NPDs and relaunches. This to ensure distribution market share and profits.
Analysing and implementing in store activation plans to support NPDs Peffect Store MSL and other growth projects.
Analysing promotions at customers and advising them on optimal promotion calendar and strategy definition.
Responsible for advice on optimal shelve display. Advising Sales concerning the distribution and assortment strategy.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 year of relevant experience (FMCG experience is a ;
Good knowledge of Sales practices Shopper Insights
Excellent communication & analytical skills; resultorientation
Personal Leadership and drive for results
English is a plus
