ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director of Commercial Enterprise Solutions to lead sales order management intercompany routing eCommerce and customer service solutions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP systems and related platforms and a proven track record of continuous process improvement and operational excellence. This role is a Commercial thought leader who is accountable for defining the strategy and associated to optimize our commercial solutions working in tandem with the commercial business and other partners to strategize continuous improvement enhanced customer experiences and drive business growth year over year.
This Senior Director is the pin for Commercial operations and will spearhead the transformation of enterprise solutions in the commercial space. This role demands a leader who can navigate the intersection of business operations and technology driving digital transformation and ensuring seamless secure operations that enhance customer satisfaction and support business growth. They will work directly with senior leadership and crossfunctional teams to align transformation initiatives with Pfizers strategic vision and objectives.
Key accountabilities:
- Owns sales order management licensing intercompany routing the eCommerce platform Global Trade Solutions (GTS) and customer service tools to ensure seamless operations and enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Define and oversee the eCommerce strategy globally with proactiveness to evolve the strategy as business requirements and/or industry trends change
- Ability to create a culture of continuous improvement through varying leadership styles
- Ability to inspire teams with strategic big picture thinking. Works with digital and business leads across multiple work streams to define create and maintain endtoend operational efficiencies.
- Operates as a strategic decision maker who consistently drives technology decisions and influences business process crossfunctionally

- Accountable for financial management of their project portfolio including expense and capital investment oversight and management. Works with business leads and digital colleagues across domains in order to prioritize initiatives to ensure investments are focused on areas with the highest business value. Ensures that ROI on investments is achieved and that their team hits financial targets.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Commercial Enterprise Operations & Delivery:
- Lead the strategic direction and management of sales order management licensing intercompany routing GTS and customer service tools to meet business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
- Drive the transformation strategy focusing on optimizing the eCommerce platform for increased sales and improved customer experience.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and markets to understand their needs and translate them into effective requirements and solutions.
- Oversee the integration and optimization of relevant systems to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiencies across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with IT and industry best practices standards and regulations especially those related to sales operations licensing and global trade.
- Establish and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of operations.
- Meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; act with customers in mind; establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect.
- Translate customers operational needs and into strategic direction; Leads regular meetings with all levels of business stakeholders
- Manage relationships with other digital lines that are required for successful project deployment and operational activities
- Proactively identify and grow relationships with vendors and partners.
- Ensure that all stakeholder expectations have been met through delivery of services or projects through Pfizer digital teams and vendor management

- Prepare business cases for IT investments and presents to governance bodies

- Highly skilled in a variety of formal presentation settings; oneonone small and large groups with peers direct reports and senior management; is effective both inside and outside the organization; commands attention and can manage group process during the presentation; can change tactics midstream when something is not resonating.
- Utilize negotiation facilitation meeting management and conflict resolution skills to enhance crossfunctional team performance
- Provide clarity on team roles/responsibilities and ensure all team members have access to project information necessary to be successful
- Ensure all appropriate team member views have been raised and incorporated into decisions as appropriate
- Identify team performance issues and develops appropriate actions
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience 10 years) in SAP sales and distribution roles and/or other related ERP and complex platforms preferably in a leadership capacity.
- Knowledge of SAP systems
- Experience with SAP implementation projects and SAP upgrade projects.
- Excellent leadership communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced changing environment and manage multiple priorities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make decisions

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $204700.00 to $341100.00. In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 22.5 of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
