Educators are the foundation of a highquality sustainable early education system in America. TEL focuses on developing highly valued teachers with the resources and ongoing professional development to enhance their delivery and practice. TEL utilizes a researchbased best practices educatorled and studentcentered curriculum founded on play called IntendED. IntendED integrates important foundations in content critical thinking organizational skills and social competency. TELs environment is intentionally designed to inspire and establish foundational learning for children ages 3 to 5 and to support Educators in their impact on children.QualificationsJoin us in our mission to change early education! Successful candidates will be experienced hardworking patient well organized flexible professional and dependable; have strong early education classroom management verbal and written communication skills; be able to function in a NEW and cooperative early education teaching environment and work collaboratively with other educators and administrators in our community. BA/BS or higher required. MA Department of Early Education and Care License and/or Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Early Childhood License required.References will be required for those candidates being considered for a position.
