Reports to: Senior Financial Controller International
PURPOSE: Management of all aspects of the Home Entertainment and Archive Sales division of Fremantle International
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Management of one Accounts Assistant and one Finance Apprentice
Budgeting forecasting and month end reporting for the UK Home Entertainment (DVD / Digital sales) and Archive Sales Division
Monthly preparation of Management & Sales Reporting Packs for all divisions with commentary against Budget and Forecast investigating any discrepancies in a timely manner;
Build a strong relationship with the Head of Home Entertainment and his commercial team to assist on any queries & analysis that they may have within the month
Work with the Royalties Department Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable teams to make sure sales are costed invoices are sent out and cash is collected and allocated correctly
Management of the Accounts Assistant for Home Ent and one apprentice position
To control and review the TVOD/DVD invoice trackers for ITunes Amazon etc to ensure that royalty reporting is up to date from the licensees and that FM invoicing is up todate.
To prepare the Group Reporting packs for the Home Entertainment company code monthly actuals quarterly forecasts and annual budgets.
Assist the Finance Director on process improvements across both divisions

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
23 years PostQualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
SAP / Business Warehouse experience desirable
Excel (Medium/Advanced Level Required)
Attention to detail &experience working to tight deadlines
Strong communication skills
