The Customer Experience Specialistwill be responsible for managing the order process for our customers within the BIC group providing product advice and solutions to the customer. At the same time promotes continuous improvement manages requests and identifies opportunities for enhancement.

Other tasks:

  • Monitors purchase forecast of incoming orders and request to plan stock needs ensuring alignment the Supply department and customer required delivery dates.
  • Works in close contact with the Quality department to ensurecustomerspecific requirements are met.
  • Has high knowledge of the product coding system and procedures.

Profile:

  • Highly selfmotivated and solutionoriented individual.
  • Experience in customer interaction.
  • Valuable experience in customer service and order management.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and databases.
  • Languages: English and Spanish proficient French languagewill be considered as aplus.
