Summary
You will assist more senior officers or department managers in handling complex loans and serve as a resource to less experienced loan officers in the areas of marketing new business development and loan analysis and servicing and offer functional guidance.
You will participate in the underwriting and credit approval process prepare credit presentations and identify key risk factors. Youll obtain credit approval negotiate terms and document credit actions and agreements and facilitate the resolution of operational problems for customers.
Job Description
The Commercial Relationship Manager IV is primarily responsible for making and servicing business and individual loans that involve significant amounts of both secured and unsecured funds and/or credit secured which are the most complex in nature. Handles the largest most profitable customer relationships within the dept. Provides subordinate officers with functional guidance.

- You will use your credit acumen to make recommendations for deal approval structuring loans mitigating and identifying risk and complying with regulations.
Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelors degree and 810 years experience in commercial lending or 1416 years equivalent experience.
