We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Wholesale Banking Business Manager to join our Wholesale Banking Team

The Business Manager for Wholesale Banking will serve as a strategic advisor integrator and execution leader for the Wholesale Banking business line working closely with the CEO Office. This role acts as a force multiplier for the Head of Wholesale Banking and senior leadership driving key initiatives aligning cross-functional priorities and ensuring effective decision-making and execution across the business.

Additionally the Business Manager will serve as a critical linking pin between the local business and global teams ensuring alignment with group-wide priorities frameworks and reporting obligations.

Your key responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Partner with the Head of Wholesale Banking to shape and drive the strategic agenda.
• Translate executive priorities into actionable plans; monitor progress and ensure alignment across teams.
• Prepare business reviews board materials and updates for the key stakeholders.

Global Alignment & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary liaison between Wholesale Banking and global business lines support functions and governance teams.
• Ensure consistency and coordination with global strategies policies and reporting standards.
• Represent the local franchise in global forums and working groups acting as a connector between local execution and global oversight.

Business Management & Operations

• Lead planning and governance processes (e.g. budget planning KPIs risk reviews).
• Ensure operational excellence through cadence planning issue tracking and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with Finance Risk Compliance and HR to align support functions with business objectives.

Executive Communication & Influence

• Manage communications and briefings for the Head of Wholesale Banking.
• Serve as a liaison between the business unit and the CEO Office ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Represent leadership in internal forums working groups and key initiatives when needed.

Special Projects & Initiatives

• Lead or support high-priority initiatives often confidential or high-impact in nature.
• Analyze complex issues and develop executive-level insights and recommendations.
• Manage change and transformation programs as delegated by the CEO Office or Head of Wholesale.

• Bachelors degree in finance Economics or a relevant postgraduate study in banking strategy or business management
• 5 years of experience in financial services related areas
• Deep understanding of wholesale banking products and services
• Analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to interpret financial results and market trends plus follow up of financial KPIs relevant to WB
• Results-driven with strategic thinking while strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across functions managing different stakeholders

La persona que ocupe el rol deBusiness Manager para Wholesale Bankingactuar como asesora estratgica integradora y lder en la ejecucin para la lnea de negocio de Wholesale Banking trabajando en estrecha colaboracin con la Oficina del CEO. Este rol es un multiplicador de impacto para la persona responsable de Wholesale Banking y el equipo de liderazgo impulsando iniciativas clave alineando prioridades transversales y asegurando una toma de decisiones y ejecucin efectivas en todo el negocio.

Adems ser un nexo fundamental entre el negocio local y los equipos globales garantizando la alineacin con las prioridades marcos y obligaciones de reporte del grupo.

Tus principales responsabilidades:

Planificacin estratgica y ejecucin

• Colaborar con la persona responsable de Wholesale Banking para definir e impulsar la agenda estratgica.

• Traducir prioridades ejecutivas en planes de accin concretos; hacer seguimiento del progreso y asegurar la alineacin entre equipos.

• Preparar revisiones de negocio materiales para el consejo y actualizaciones para personas clave del entorno directivo.

Alineacin global y gestin de personas interesadas

• Ser el punto de contacto principal entre Wholesale Banking y las lneas de negocio globales funciones de soporte y equipos de gobernanza.

• Asegurar la coherencia y coordinacin con estrategias polticas y estndares de reporte globales.

• Representar a la franquicia local en foros y grupos de trabajo globales actuando como conector entre la ejecucin local y la supervisin global.

Gestin del negocio y operaciones

• Liderar procesos de planificacin y gobernanza (por ejemplo planificacin presupuestaria KPIs revisiones de riesgos).

• Asegurar la excelencia operativa mediante planificacin de cadencias seguimiento de incidencias y monitoreo del rendimiento.

• Coordinar con Finanzas Riesgos Compliance y RRHH para alinear las funciones de soporte con los objetivos del negocio.

Comunicacin ejecutiva e influencia

• Gestionar comunicaciones e informes para la persona responsable de Wholesale Banking.

• Ser enlace entre la unidad de negocio y la Oficina del CEO asegurando transparencia y alineacin.

• Representar al liderazgo en foros internos grupos de trabajo e iniciativas clave cuando sea necesario.

Proyectos especiales e iniciativas

• Liderar o apoyar iniciativas de alta prioridad a menudo confidenciales o de gran impacto.

• Analizar cuestiones complejas y desarrollar recomendaciones e insights a nivel ejecutivo.

• Gestionar programas de cambio y transformacin delegados por la Oficina del CEO o la persona responsable de Wholesale.

Qu buscamos

• Ttulo universitario en Finanzas Economa o estudios de posgrado relevantes en banca estrategia o gestin empresarial.

• Ms de 5 aos de experiencia en reas relacionadas con servicios financieros.

• Conocimiento profundo de productos y servicios de Wholesale Banking.

• Mentalidad analtica y estratgica con capacidad para interpretar resultados financieros y tendencias de mercado as como hacer seguimiento de KPIs financieros relevantes para WB.

• Orientacin a resultados con pensamiento estratgico fuertes habilidades organizativas y capacidad para gestionar mltiples prioridades.

• Mentalidad colaborativa y capacidad para trabajar transversalmente gestionando diferentes personas interesadas.
