IT Help Desk Technician
Location: Santa Ana CA
Pay: $22 $26 per hour
Job Type: Fulltime InOffice Permanent

What Youll Do:
Be the first point of contact for clients needing technical support via phone email or ticketing system
Diagnose and resolve basic IT issues remotely or escalate as needed
Walk clients through troubleshooting steps with patience and clarity
Set up and manage user accounts hardware and software for onboarding and offboarding
Document issues solutions and client interactions to improve support processes
Provide helpful guidance on IT products and services
Gather client feedback to help enhance our tech support experience
What You Bring to the Table:
Experience in a help desk or customer support role
Strong knowledge of computer systems mobile devices and tech products
Problemsolving mindset with a knack for diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues
Excellent communication skills and a customerfirst attitude
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
