The Intern IT Operations is responsible for working closely with global IT teams to support various Systems and Platforms (for departments - HR Finance and Legal) utilized by business stakeholders with in Cytiva. This position reports to the Senior IT Operations Lead and is part of the Information Technology department located in Krakow Poland and will be an on-site role.
What you will do:
Learn and align with ITIL processes for Incident/Problem/Change Management to support our IT operations.
Interact with a diverse client base and work collaboratively with other teams learn and support new technologies & automation.
Prepare & help team in creating standard operating procedure documents manage and maintain system & tool documentation and updates as necessary.
Utilize Jira and Service-Now ticketing tools to track project tasks. Understand and ensure the tasks are performed in alignment with IT PMO process.
Work closely with IT teams to understand requests or problems associated with IT system tools.
Leverage enterprise application tools SharePoint Confluence & Veeva for collaboration & document repository.
Prepare various tools & system reports to analyze dataset for troubleshooting & improvements.
Who you are
Have experience and/or knowledge with the computer systems
Ability to follow instructions from standard IT procedures documents
Basic understanding of IT Service Management
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Any software or IT certifications
