We are in search of a proactive Business Development Manager to take on a comprehensive role focusing on residential and commercial markets. This position is tailormade for a resultsoriented individual who can utilise our wellestablished network to develop and expand the territory while fostering key relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take charge of the entire sales cycle from specification through architects and designers to builders and contractors.
- Formulate and execute targeted sales strategies catering to custom and highend residential builders as well as commercial projects.
- Utilise an existing network in NSW to broaden the territory and extend market outreach.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure client expectations are not only met but exceeded.
Ideal Experience:
- Substantial experience in business development within the architectural or building products sector.
- A proactive approach akin to a self motivated GO GETTER.
- Proficient in managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Results and KPI driven proven track record in meeting KPIs and targets
- Ambitious persistent and motivated with a genuine passion for surpassing client expectations.
- 810 years experience in the industry
