Job Description

Support the team
- Serve as the first point of contact for assigned work coordinating the daily activities of the fabrication cell
- Train and mentor team members to ensure skill development and role proficiency

- Assure production priorities are followed and machine units are complete on time

- Recommend and implement best practices to increase productivity and reduce costs
- Monitor cell performance identifying areas for improvement and take appropriate action
Perform Fabrication duties
- As a working lead operate fabrication equipment proficiently to meet production needs and address equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Assist team members with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to parts tooling and processes

Knowledge and Experience
- Associates degree in Machine Tool Technology plus 2 years of fabrication experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience preferred
- Proven career growth in fabrication roles with expertise in setting up and operating fabrication equipment
- Ability to stoop kneel crouch crawl and climb. Ability to lift pull push 50lbs
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods (up to 100 of the time)
