What Youll Be Doing: In this role youll be providing exceptional customer support for a leading streaming video platform. Youll support customers through dual chat and email channels while ensuring smooth account management and addressing policy safety and copyright concerns. All of this will take place in an energetic office environment at our Alcntara / Lacs Conde D bidos office in Lisbon.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer support with a focus on monetization and ensuring a seamless experience.
Stay uptodate with client policies and guidelines to deliver the best service.
Assist customers with account management and settings.
Manage issues related to policy safety and copyright in a timely and efficient manner.
What You Bring to the Role:
Nativelevel fluency in German and excellent command of English.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
A proactive attitude with strong teamwork skills.
Exceptional organizational abilities and a knack for time management.

Nice to Have:
Previous experience in customer service particularly handling dual chat interactions.
Familiarity with BPO KPIs like CSAT NPS and SLAs.
