What Youll Do in This Role
As a Customer Service Representative you will:
Provide exceptional service through chat email and phone to users.
Troubleshoot user issues offering effective guidance and solutions.
Educate users on the platforms features and ensure they get the most out of their websites.
Collaborate closely with product and development teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Stay updated on new program features and updates to provide accurate support.
Gather and relay user feedback to improve the overall user experience.
Your Qualifications
We could be the perfect fit for you if you:
Have a high level of German (written and oral) and fluent English (B2.
Bring experience in customer service tech support or a similar role.
Possess strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Are techsavvy with a quick ability to learn new software and tools.
Have excellent problemsolving skills and patience when assisting users.
Experience with website builders or content management systems is a plus.
