Job Description
As a Food Service Worker at MalaceHR you will be an integral part of delivering high-quality service and food to our customers. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Prepare food and beverages in accordance with company standards.
- Set up stock and clean service areas to ensure food is ready to serve.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas including tables chairs floors and restrooms.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times.
- Operate kitchen equipment and assist with food preparation as needed.
- Assist with taking customer orders and handling cash or card payments.
- Refill condiment stations drink stations and replenish stock as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries concerns and feedback in a professional manner.
- Follow safety protocols for lifting handling food and using kitchen tools.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Friendly and customer-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays.
