Job Description

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager to support identity access management authentication entitlements and authorization.


In this role you will:

  • Lead the development and of complex digital business plans programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact
  • Act as key participant in largescale planning
  • Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area
  • Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring indepth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
  • Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business policies procedures and/or compliance requirements
  • Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers colleagues and midlevel to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Potentially lead projects teams or serve as a peer mentor


Required Qualifications:

  • 5 years of digital product management experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous product management experience with access and authorization capabilities such as customer identity access management authentication entitlements and authorization
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strategic mindset with excellent knowledge and understanding of banking/financial services
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Previous experience with access and authorization related solutions (vendor solutions such as Ping Identity Actimize RSA etc. a plus)
  • Previous experience launching and scaling new products or product enhancements within an Agile framework
  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills with proven ability to turn findings into executable plans

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to work onsite at approved location at least three days a week
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

Pay Range for New York NY & San Francisco Bay Area: $115900$206100.00 yearly

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements skills experience or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
