As our Digital Learning Lead you will play a vital role in shaping and driving our digital learning approach helping us to effectively leverage technology to enhance learning experiences for our diverse colleagues across Head Office. Your primary focus will be on developing and guiding a comprehensive digital learning strategy that aligns with our broader learning development and business objectives while thoughtfully exploring new avenues for digital integration.
A significant part of this role involves connecting with our growing and diverse community of stakeholders. Youll have the opportunity to build collaborative relationships understand their varied learning needs and clearly communicate the value and benefits that digital learning solutions can offer everyone. You will also be key in nurturing our existing digital learning platforms including Thrive and strategically planning for their growth and integration to maximise their positive impact.
You will be encouraged to proactively identify areas where digital learning can bring significant value carefully considering how technology can enhance learning accessibility effectiveness and knowledge sharing across all teams. With a focus on providing excellent support youll guide users and collaborators in effectively utilising our digital learning resources acting as a knowledgeable consultant to internal stakeholders. Ensuring our digital learning initiatives reflect our brand values and tone will be important as will developing thoughtful ways to measure the effectiveness of our digital learning and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Ultimately you will lead and support our digital learning team fostering a collaborative and innovative spirit as you help build this essential function.
