- Data Analysis & Analytics Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Power BI to track campaign performance user behavior and conversion data translating insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Use CRM software to manage customer data automate marketing efforts personalize communications and analyze customer interactions.
- Social Media Management Oversee content creation scheduling and analytics across key platforms. Monitor trends engage with the community and optimize performance to align with marketing goals.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Implement strategies to improve website visibility drive organic traffic and manage paid search campaigns.
- Project Management Utilize project management methodologies to oversee digital projects from conception to completion.
- Digital Trends & Technologies Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends tools and technologies applying innovations to drive marketing success.
- P&L Management Oversee revenue generation budget planning and allocation for digital marketing initiatives ensuring costeffectiveness and ROI.
- Regulatory Compliance Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory considerations in digital marketing such as GDPR and CCPA to maintain compliance.
- Brand Management Develop and maintain a consistent brand presence across digital platforms aligning marketing efforts with the overall brand strategy.
