Job Description

Excellent opportunity for Area Sales Manager @Mumbai(kanjurmarg).

Must Have
Any Graduate or Post Graduate.
Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Building Material Industry.
At least 2 years of experience in Marble companies

Exp  2 years min exp

Purpose of Job:

To generate business demand by reaching all key specifiers including architects interior designers project developers builders and government agencies.



Requirements

Product Specification & Sales Order Fulfillment

To generate specification for all Nitco Marble products

To submit quotation to the prospective clients as per the laid down policy of the company.

To fulfill the sales orders (either directly or through the dealer as advised by the Regional Manager)

To drive higher sales volume of Nitco products through the architect community through

a) Driving demand generation activities

b) Making group presentations to architect firms

c) Displaying architect preferred stores

d) Building strong relationships and driving architect loyalty to Nitco

To maintain active database of the architects and other institutions and ensure they are updated about new products and also Nitcos existing product range


Product Visibility & Sampling:

To ensure proper sampling launching of new products & display at Architect/Designers/Institutional Offices

Tracking the competitors activities at the architects office

Attending all building material and Interior exhibitions and promoting Nitco brand in specifiers designs.


Lead Management:


To measure business generated and closed

To measure new number of leads generated

To set a target for all markets specified (number of specifiers : currentbusiness in the market : expectedincrement in business: number of calls : Percentage output) To ensure visit to architect/designer/PMC/Institutions as per target list.

To generate timely MIS on the business development doneand give projected sales through the leads generated.

To ensure cross selling and up selling of products.


Other

To give feedback on trends

To give suggestions for Product Improvement feedback from the architects/institutions etc.



Qualifications & Experience Required:

Any Graduate or Post Graduate.

Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Building Material Industry.

At least 2 years of experience in Marble companies

Good contacts in Projects.


Skills Required for the Job:

MS OFFICE Presentation skills

Excellent Communication skills with strong network in Building Material Industry
