As a growing company at the intersection of design architecture and construction were looking for a passionate self-motivated Sales Executive to join our team and help expand our presence across key projects and accounts.
Role Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with architects interior designers property developers and hospitality clients. You will play a critical role in showcasing Ahtis product range identifying new business opportunities and managing the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with key decision-makers in the architecture design and construction industries.
Promote and present Ahti Interiors product range through showroom meetings on-site visits and industry events.
Identify new project opportunities and generate leads across Bali and key Indonesian markets.
Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Track market trends competitor activity and customer feedback to help refine sales strategies.
Maintain accurate records of leads opportunities and sales activities using CRM tools.
Support marketing efforts by contributing to campaigns photoshoots and events when needed.
Requirements
Proven track record in sales preferably in the interiors sanitary ware tiles design or construction sectors.
Strong existing network within the architecture and design community in Bali or wider Indonesia desirable.
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technical product information and translate it into client solutions.
