Job Description

Blackwall is a European company founded in 2019 headquartered in Tallinn Estonia. We develop cutting-edge easy-to-implement tools that protect businesses from modern-day online threats. With a global presence across 30 countries we are shaping the future of cybersecurity for hosting companies and beyond.

Were looking for a Sales Executive to help accelerate our growth. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building relationships navigating technical sales cycles and driving new business for cutting-edge technology solutions.

Location: Remote within Japan

Tasks

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure especially for technically sophisticated clients.
  • Understand and translate client infrastructure challenges into tailored solution proposals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with Blackwalls goals for market expansion and revenue growth.
  • Identify and engage new business opportunities across hosting cybersecurity and infrastructure sectors.
  • Build strong consultative relationships with technical stakeholders including engineering and IT leaders.
  • Collaborate with product engineering and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience and contribute to the product roadmap.
  • Represent Blackwall at key industry events and conferences across the region.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot).

Requirements

  • 4 years of sales business development or product experience in SaaS cybersecurity hosting or infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven ability to sell technical products to both commercial and technical decision-makers.
  • Experience engaging with clients and understanding their needs challenges and goals
  • Excellent English and Japanese communication skills both written and verbal.
  • A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Highly self-motivated proactive and comfortable working independently in a remote-first team.

Bonus Points:

  • Previous experience in sales engineering solution consulting or technical pre-sales roles.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as CDNs WAFs APIs or cloud infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
