Were looking for a Sales Executive to help accelerate our growth. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building relationships navigating technical sales cycles and driving new business for cutting-edge technology solutions.
Location: Remote within Japan
Tasks
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure especially for technically sophisticated clients.
- Understand and translate client infrastructure challenges into tailored solution proposals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with Blackwalls goals for market expansion and revenue growth.
- Identify and engage new business opportunities across hosting cybersecurity and infrastructure sectors.
- Build strong consultative relationships with technical stakeholders including engineering and IT leaders.
- Collaborate with product engineering and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience and contribute to the product roadmap.
- Represent Blackwall at key industry events and conferences across the region.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot).
Requirements
- 4 years of sales business development or product experience in SaaS cybersecurity hosting or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven ability to sell technical products to both commercial and technical decision-makers.
- Experience engaging with clients and understanding their needs challenges and goals
- Excellent English and Japanese communication skills both written and verbal.
- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Highly self-motivated proactive and comfortable working independently in a remote-first team.
Bonus Points:
- Previous experience in sales engineering solution consulting or technical pre-sales roles.
- Familiarity with technologies such as CDNs WAFs APIs or cloud infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
