Job Description
Product Designer Responsibilities:
Design and maintain systemlevel web/mobile components patterns and documentation for the Partner Home pattern library in Figma for our supplierfacing designers to utilize and reference.
Document design specifications and usage guidelines that can be leveraged by designers and engineers.
Collaborate with product owners developers content designers user researchers and other designers to deliver quality cohesive inclusive designs that scale across a variety of different supplier workflows.
Influence and contribute to the Experience Platform roadmap and product backlog to evolve the pattern library.
Drive a sense of urgency in the team to deliver work emphasizing the use of lean tools and techniques more rapidly deliver work.
What Youll Need:
At least 2 years of experience building and contributing to design systems at enterprise organizations with experience in banking being a plus.
A portfolio with case studies illustrating comparable work related to design systems at mid/largescale organizations. Examples of product design specifically for desktop web applications are a must.
Mastery of interaction and visual design principles and Figma as a design tool.
Exceptional interpersonal collaborative and creative problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication skills with an ability to thrive in ambiguity.
Strong understanding of design processes the implications for responsive design and accessibility guidelines.
Understands and demonstrates systematic design thinking.
Ability to design solutions that solve problems at multiple levels of scale (simple and complex scenarios edge cases).
Ability to create timelines and manage your own work independently.
Experience balancing multiple projects and timelines.
