Job Description
As our Lead Designer youll play a key role in leading design projects from concept to execution ensuring our experiences are not only beautiful but functional and accessible for all users.
- Lead the endtoend design process across multiple projects from discovery to delivery
- Champion accessibility best practices (WCAG) across all design work
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (strategy product development marketing)
- Mentor and support other designers helping them grow and elevate their work
- Create design systems and scalable components for consistent UX/UI
- Present and articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders and clients
- Stay uptodate with industry trends tools and standards
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
- 7 years of experience in UI and UX design ideally across both agency and product environments
- Strong portfolio showcasing usercentered visually compelling work across web and mobile
- Proven experience leading design teams or projects
- Experience in user research or testing
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards and how to apply them in realworld products
- Fluency in English both written and spoken (C1 level)
- Proficiency in tools like Figma Adobe CC and prototyping platforms
- Experience working with design systems and crossfunctional teams
- A mindset that balances creativity business goals and user needs
Bonus Points
- Experience in design leadership roles
- Knowledge of frontend development basics (HTML/CSS/JS)
- Passion for mentoring and building design culture
