Job Description
- Deliver innovative product designs across key customer touchpoints.

The Specialist Product Design will support the Manager Product Design and Head of Spatial and Product Design in executing advanced product design across multiple physical customer experience touchpoints within the aviation environment.
In this role you will bring your Design qualifications or equivalent experience to collaborate with internal and external partners in delivering innovative and highquality product design solutions. By applying Design Thinking and HumanCentred Design practices you will ensure that customers are at the forefront of all product innovations in line with Qantas core values and objectives.
Youll Have:
- 5 years experience in product design and innovation ideally for the airline/aviation industry or related field.
- Strong understanding of Design Thinking and HumanCentred Design practices.
- Excellent verbal written and visual communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple design tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality design outputs.
- Proficient in 2D and/or 3D design software applications (eg: Adobe Creative Suite Solidworks) for creating product designs and/or visual representations.
