We are in need of a highly organized and detailoriented Contract Specialist to join our team. Your role will be pivotal in contract management from drafting and negotiating agreements to ensuring compliance and managing contract lifecycles. You will work closely with various internal stakeholders and external parties playing a crucial part in protecting the companys interests and achieving favorable business outcomes. Your contribution will be instrumental in our companys success.
Responsibilities:
1. Draft review and negotiate various contracts with clients vendors and partners including procurement sales and service agreements.
2. Ensure contract compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
3. Analyze and interpret contract terms identifying potential risks and recommending necessary modifications.
4. Manage the contract lifecycle including tracking milestones renewals and terminations.
5. Maintain accurate contract records and documentation in the companys system.
6. As a Contract Specialist you will collaborate with internal stakeholders (legal finance sales etc. to ensure contracts align with business objectives. This collaborative approach is key to our success and will make you an integral part of our team.
7. Address contractrelated inquiries and resolve disputes effectively.
8. Stay informed of relevant legal and industry regulations that impact contracts.
9. Develop and maintain standard contract templates to streamline the contracting process.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in business administration law or a related field.
2. 3 years of experience in contract administration or a related field.
3. Strong working knowledge of contract law and legal procedures.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proven negotiation and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
7. Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
