Concord Carlisle is seeking a dynamic and innovative High School Instructional Coach with a strong focus on technology integration and a deep commitment to educational equity. The ideal candidate will be a passionate educator with a deep understanding of effective culturally responsive instructional practices and a proven ability to support teachers in seamlessly integrating technology to enhance student learning for all learners. This coach will work collaboratively with teachers across all disciplines to foster a culture of technologyrich equitable instruction and empower them to leverage digital tools and resources to meet the diverse needs of our student population particularly those who have been historically underserved.Responsibilities:Instructional Support (EquityCentered):Provide individualized and group coaching to teachers on effective culturally responsive technology integration strategies including pedagogical approaches digital tool selection and curriculum alignment with a focus on closing achievement gaps.Model effective technologyenhanced lessons that are accessible and engaging for all learners including those with diverse learning needs linguistic backgrounds and socioeconomic statuses.Collaborate with teachers to design and implement innovative lessons that leverage technology to promote student engagement critical thinking and creativity while addressing issues of equity and access.Assist teachers in analyzing disaggregated student data to inform instructional decisions and adjust technology integration strategies with a focus on identifying and addressing disparities.Technology Leadership (EquityFocused):Stay abreast of emerging educational technologies and best practices for technology integration with a focus on tools and resources that promote equity and accessibility.Guide the school community regarding the benefits of artificial intelligence and maximizing its potential for students and staff.Provide professional development workshops and training sessions on various technology tools and platforms focusing on culturally responsive teaching and equitable technology integration.Serve as a resource for teachers on troubleshooting technology issues and utilizing available resources ensuring all students have equal access to technology and support.Collaborate with the schools technology department to ensure smooth integration of technology infrastructure and resources.Assist in the evaluation and selection of new educational technology tools and resources prioritizing those that are accessible equitable and culturally relevant.Collaboration and Communication (EquityMinded):Build strong trusting relationships with teachers administrators and technology staff with a focus on creating a collaborative and inclusive environment.Facilitate collaborative learning opportunities for teachers to share best practices and resources with a focus on addressing equity and diversity.Communicate effectively with stakeholders about technology integration initiatives and progress highlighting the impact on student equity and achievement.Participate in schoolwide professional development and meetings contributing to a culture of equity and inclusion.Work with administration to help implement the schools technology vision with an emphasis on equitable outcomes.Data and Assessment (EquityDriven):Help teachers utilize data analytics available through learning management systems and other educational platforms with a focus on identifying and addressing equity gaps.Assist teachers in using technology to streamline assessment practices ensuring that assessments are fair unbiased and accessible for all students.Help teachers create and utilize digital portfolios that showcase student growth and achievement while addressing issues of equity and access.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in education or a related field (Masters degree preferred).Valid teaching certification.1Minimum of 5 years of successful teaching experience at the high school level with a demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion.Demonstrated expertise in integrating technology into instruction with a focus on culturally responsive teaching and equitable outcomes.Strong knowledge of various educational technology tools and platforms (e.g. learning management systems Google Workspace Microsoft Office 365 interactive whiteboards assistive technology etc..Excellent communication interpersonal and collaboration skills with a focus on building relationships with diverse stakeholders.Ability to provide effective coaching and professional development with a focus on equity and inclusion.Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills with a focus on addressing issues of digital equity and access.Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a commitment to creating a collaborative and inclusive environment.A strong understanding of current educational technology trends and best practices for equitable technology integration.Experience in designing and delivering online and blended learning experiences that are accessible and equitable for all students.Preferred Qualifications:Experience as an instructional coach or technology specialist with a focus on equity and inclusion.Experience with Google Suite for education Aspen and Open Architects with a focus on accessibility and equity.Experience with datadriven instruction and disaggregated data analysis with a focus on identifying and addressing equity gaps.Experience with Universal Design for Learning (UDL)Salary:
