Job Description
Title: Workday Integration Lead
Visa: GC GC- EAD H4 EAD OPT- EAD
Location: Atlanta Georgia ( On site )
Duration: 2 weeks
Interview: 2 Steps
Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Workday Integration Lead:
- Design build test and deploy Workday integrations to support business operations
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather and validate integration requirements
- Develop detailed interface specifications field mapping documents and process flows
- Evaluate and communicate the technical impact of configuration decisions
- Support and guide our clients team on SaaS integration development and operations
- Track project risks and issues providing regular status updates to project stakeholders
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and documentation for post-deployment support
Required Skills for Workday Integration Lead:
- Workday Certified Integrations Consultant with 6 years of experience
- Strong experience with Workday Studio Core Connectors EIB and Web Services (SOAP/REST)
- Demonstrated ability to lead Workday integration projects across enterprise organizations
- Proficient in creating scalable maintainable integration solutions aligned to best practices
- Familiarity with Workday security model and data governance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills capable of engaging both business and technical audiences
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
