Position Overview:


The Senior Director of Business Development & Growth is a strategic leader responsible for driving business development and revenue growth for the firm. This role will focus on client expansion lateral attorney integration and the overall business development strategy. The Senior Director will work closely with practice groups marketing and firm leadership to implement growth initiatives and increase the firms market presence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and of a firmwide business growth plan focusing on client expansion and lateral attorney recruitment.
  • Build and manage outreach strategies for prospective clients and lateral attorneys to support firm growth.
  • Collaborate with practice groups and marketing to align business development efforts and ensure consistent of growth strategies.
  • Track and report key performance metrics including outreach efforts client retention lateral attorney integration and overall business development success.
  • Lead the firms RFP and proposal process ensuring highquality submissions and contributing to the firms growth objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience in business development strategic management or client development ideally in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through client relationships and lateral attorney recruitment.
  • Strong leadership skills with a collaborative approach to working across teams to achieve growth goals.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and other business development platforms.
