Role Overview:

Huntsman Corporations Performance Products Customer Service team is searching for an experienced Customer Service Representative in our HUB in Krakow. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) supports the delivery of defined high quality transactional and business service associated with the order fulfilment process. We are looking for someone that is passionate about providing the best customer service and solutions with a focus on effective problem solving and ability to analyse challenging situations. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader you will be responsible for managing multiple accounts in a specified region for the entire process: from order to delivery. You will oversee taking the order arranging delivery processing invoices and aftercare. This is a great opportunity to expand your customer service skills in a challenging and rewarding environment.

Role Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for:

  • Completing the CS process from receipt of customer orders (planned or otherwise) through to dispatch and then invoice using standard SAP processes and functionality.

  • Daily contact with European/ or Export customers and be the link between customers sales force technical support credit control supply chain logistic service provider and other O2C related departments.

  • Maintain excellent relationships with Customers and internal and external stakeholders by providing relevant process and business information and by proactively following up the orders and deliveries.

  • Monitoring customer accounts and/or order book status on a regular basis resolving problems with potential customer impact including credit blocks and delivery issues.

  • Following established procedures for each service request including logging processing and progress chasing enquiries adhering to all Key Performance Indicators Service Level Agreements and Quality Standards to maximize customer satisfaction.

  • Controlling the delivery process within SAP preparing associated documentation for goods dispatch. Ensuring all processed dispatches are ready for billing system housekeeping is up to date and all outdated stock demands are removed promptly.

  • Referring availability/forecast issues to the daily hotspot meeting for resolution with relevant parties.

  • Ensuring the correct documentation handling amendments legalizations and certifications as specified in quotation and order to delivery process.

  • Manage operationally Vendor Managed Inventory / Consignment in close collaboration with the customer.

  • Controlling the settlement process for rebates and commissions associated with the allocated customer base.

  • Providing backup for other CSRs when .

Experience and Competencies:

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree.

  • Previous professional experience as a Customer Service Representative in a similar environment.

  • Export trade and S&OP experience is a strong plus.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools ideally with SAP experience.

  • Fluency in English is required; additional foreign language skills would be considered an asset.

  • Very good problemsolving skills with the ability to communicate at all levels within the business.

  • An organized and systematic approach with the flexibility to adapt to demanding environment.

  • Team Player and can do/positive attitude.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
