Role Highlights:This newly created Finance Manager role will see you lead the financial accounting function overseeing the preparation of financial statements and reports. Youll work closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance and ensure efficient financial operations making a significant impact on the business while managing a highperforming team

Responsibilities
- Oversee financial reporting ensuring accuracy compliance and timely delivery of monthly quarterly and annual reports.
- Manage and support the financial accounting and team including the AP & AR team.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards tax regulations and internal policies.
- Oversee cash flow management forecasting and financial controls.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
- Manage relationships with auditors tax advisors and financial institutions.
- Provide financial insights and guidance to senior leadership.
- Support and develop the finance team to ensure high performance.
Candidate Profile
You are a CA or CPAqualified finance professional with a strong background in financial accounting and leadership. You have experience overseeing financial reporting compliance and controls ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of financial management.
As a leader you provide clear direction and support to your team acting as both a manager and a mentor. You take ownership of the financials proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring the integrity of financial processes. With a collaborative and handson approach you build strong relationships across the business and contribute to a highperforming finance function.
