Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in using recruitment and sourcing tools to identify and attract top talent. This is a musthave skill for the role.
- Proficiency in payroll processing to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of employee salaries. (Mandatory skill)
- Familiarity with HRIS systems to manage and streamline human resource operations effectively.
- Experience with employee engagement software to enhance company culture and employee satisfaction.
- Skilled in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) for managing recruitment processes efficiently.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits software to ensure competitive and compliant employee pay structures.
- Understanding of labor laws compliance tools to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive employee relations and collaboration.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the recruitment process including job postings sourcing candidate evaluations and interviews.
- Administer payroll functions to ensure timely and accurate compensation distribution to employees.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive working environment.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with pertinent information.
- Assist in managing employee benefits compensation packages and related communications.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR activities and processes.
- Provide support and guidance to employees and management on HRrelated issues and queries.
Must have Hospitality experience with immediate joiners preferred
