Job Title: Divisional Sales Manager
Summary
To drive revenue growth and market penetration through strategic planning and flawless . Cultivate and strengthen client relationships ensuring exceptional satisfaction and longterm partnerships. Strategic Planning & :
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve organisation goals.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends opportunities and competitive dynamics to capitalize on them.
- Prepare Sales budget & provide forecast make necessary adjustments based on changing market conditions customer feedback and internal factors.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners Consumers other Stakeholders.
- Address client issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Operations:
- Oversee sales processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage the sales budget and track sales performance against targets.
- Design and launch sales campaigns promotions and incentives to boost sales and brand awareness.
- Should be able to launch and establish new products in the market.
- Explore opportunities in virgin territories and expand the sales network to ensure desired growth in the sales.
- Identify and address any issues or gaps in the sales process such as customer complaints product returns or contract disputes.
- Do structured reviews to monitor sales team performance identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Manage a large and diverse sales team across different regions and cultures dealing with complex and dynamic market conditions and customer demands.
- Lead coach and motivate a sales team including Regional Sales Managers and Sales Representatives.
- Also provide guidance feedback and recognition to the Regional Sales Managers and their teams.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills and performance.
Other Duties:
- Prepare reports and presentations on sales performance and market trends.
- Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Agriculture/ and MABM will be preferred
- 1218 years of experience in sales with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
Must have:
- Strong background in agriculture including a deep understanding of agronomy.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the nutrients industry and current agricultural practices.
- Communication Proficiency:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient data analysis and interpretation skills.
