Job Overview
A leading provider of power and temperature control solutions is seeking a Senior Outside Sales Representative to join its team in Fort McMurray Alberta. This is a newly created role focused on the Oil and Gas sector requiring a seasoned B2B sales professional who can manage the full sales cycle and drive revenue growth.
This role involves extensive travel within the region to meet with clients develop strategic relationships and provide customized solutions. If you have a deep understanding of Oil and Gas and construction industries exceptional communication skills and the ability to close highvalue deals this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and cold calling to closing deals and account management.
- Develop and execute an annual territory sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Track sales activities using a CRM system (e.g. Salesforce).
- Provide technical sales support for power generation HVAC electrical distribution and oilfree air compressors.
- Partner with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless project .
- Work closely with internal teams (operations fleet logistics) to align sales efforts with company objectives.
MustHave Qualifications
- 410 years of B2B sales experience preferably in the Oil and Gas or construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully closing large deals and managing a quota of $2M.
- Strong presentation negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 60 of the time covering a large geographic area around Fort McMurray.
