Job Summary
The HR Business Partner & India Site leader based in Bangalore will primarily support NetApps Go to Market business units for India and will represent HR on India site matters. Reporting to the Head of HR Asia Pacific (who is based in Singapore) this role is at Director level.This individual will be a key member of the regional HR leadership and will collaborate with the HR community to define and execute the HR strategies in support of the business objectives. Managing a team of two HRBPs initially this role is the most senior HR professional in the country and is expected to work in tandem with the India Leadership. The successful candidate will be a strong people manager with robust subject matter expertise is business savvy and a compelling influencer consultant coach and trusted advisor. Experience in delivering Organisational Change is also highly desired.
Job Requirements
- 15 years of Human Resources leadership in a multinational organisation with 8 years of people management experience.
- Technology industry experience is preferred
- Experience in the implementation of business transformation strategic HR initiatives and processes.
- Ability to understand big picture business results and effectively apply a pragmatic and flexible approach to HR interventions to contribute to NetApps continued success.
- Proven relationship building skills at all levels of the business and sturdy experience in advising and coaching leaders.
- Experience in proactively contributing to a growing business and a positive reputation for working effectively across levels of an organization.
- Proven ability to operate strategically and have a handson approach driving a high performing team culture.
- Possess strong influencing and interpersonal skills and have a track record for being a trusted business advisor
- Ability to build trust respect and confidence of leadership and employees projecting as a fair firm leader
- Demonstrated ability to build team capability and HR competency.
Education
A graduate ideally with an MBA or other Masters degree or equivalent with Human Resource specialization from a top tier higher education institute.
